I have this girl, she cute, hot whatever you want to call it.And she is hugging me, she lets me walk her to class, but were just friends. How do I get from friend to boyfriend?

Dont "try" anything. Just let it happen. Continue to be there for her, hug her here and there...mabey when she pulls away from the hug , start walking and keep your arm around her...if your sitting beside each other mabey tickle her a little and when she grabs your hand to stop you hold on to hers...make sure she responds in the right way....if she pulls away then you know for now you should just remain friends.

Ask her out on a date.Or invite her over to watch a movie with you.( make it a comedy )

you should tell her how you feel. if she tells you she feels the same way, and if you can actually tell that she means it, then go for it and ask her out.
