Do you ever feel you have a spiritual connection with people you hardly know?

Sometimes I feel something, I just don't know what it is. I have felt close to people I hardly know and have felt repulsed by people I don't know. I can't explain it.

Yeah. I had made an appointment to meet someone I only knew from the internet. I'd not seen his face before, but nonetheless I knew immediately when he entered the room that this chap was the person whom I was going to meet. It was an uncanny thing.
Some years back, I was waiting for a woman, with whom I'd only communicated through letters. The minute she stepped off the train, I knew she was the one. Nobody else looked like her, and I swear, she had a smile just like the one I read from her words on the pages of her letters. I can't explain it any better than that, but she was instantly identifiable. We later became lovers for a time, so that worked out well.
Another time, I knew from looking at a person that he had no soul. There was no truth behind his eyes. The minute he opened his mouth to speak, his dead fish eyes gave the game away: the man was a complete sociopath, and he would say anything to get what he wanted.
He later got elected. So much for democracy, eh?

Yes have met several people who I have an instant connection and recognition with. Sometimes feel love and peace from them or for them and wish them well on their way. Some become lifelong friends, others I only know for that instant we recognize one another.
Spiritual connections like that come from soul mates and groups, souls that you have made agreements with to share or experience something with in this lifetime.

Yes I have. There is another that I sense very deeply and sometimes can feel what that other person is feeling or see images that they are seeing. It is like as if for a moment at a time we share the same space and time. I get spooked out about it on occasions, other times it it a very pleasant experience. I never know when will happens...it just happens.

Yes, I have had this happen. My theory is maybe we recognize each other from eternity. I haven't completely thought it through, but it does seem possible to me. If eternity is the fulfilment of time and contains the past, present, and future all at once, then maybe some things or people can trigger glimpses into eternity, kind of like an eternal now.

I felt that way when I visited Ireland- I felt some sort of unexplainable affinity with the Irish people I met,though I've just a tad of Irish blood in me.It was a spiritualistic journey-somehow I felt I belonged there even though I'm american,even as far as to think that maybe I was living my life in the wrong place!!

Yes most certainly,nothing happens by chance, these types of interactions are intertwined into activities extending from time immemorial and are vital to the spiritual development of both individuals.

yes i have an connection with all of them! That is why i respond harsh to some and gentle with others i am connected to everything here living or non living!

Yes. I believe that on some unconscious level that our souls can connect with other very compatible souls.
