what do you mean "likes", do you mean likes
cos if you do, yes, i would want a boy to be my friend if he likes (not "likes" whatever that means) me
cos a friendship could always evolve into something else
do you like (or "like") a girl?
i say be friends with her first, see how she feels about you, then make your move!!!!!!
