No. I can't think of anything more pathetic than choosing a religion that was born of pure fiction.
I would have far more respect for people who'd pick the religions which inspired Jedi: Buddhism & Taoism.

This is gonna sound really nerdy, but I don't actually believe god is a being More of a force that exists in all and beyond all. Pantheism could be considered somewhat Jedi.

No.
Because those idiots, who can sense things from a planet away can't even sense that their worst enemy is living right next door to them.
They even allow themselves to be slaughtered in THEIR own temple. Was there like no one looking out the window going "Hey, there's Anakin... with a VERY large force of armed and armored troopers looking ready to open up a can of whoop-*** on somebody..."

Sadly, I must agree. It would seem that living selflessly might make this world a better place, but WOULD IT WORK? If not everyone converted flawlessly, it would be ruined. Its too risky, my fellow star wars fan.
