Probably (E) Lake Superior on an Autumn night (due to the size of the lake).

Just considering equal areas of each of the locations:
(A) a desert pond at midday would have the greatest source since the pond would absorb most the sunlight and the vaporization of the water would carry a great deal of heat into the atmosphere.
The Talus or scree slope would absorb most of the sunlight heating the rock, but the transmission of the heat from the rock would be limited to the air flow.
The glacier would reflect much of the light and not convert it into heat.
The green field would absorb much of the light to use the energy for photosynthesis.
