Not all boys do. I don't. I think it has something to do with a "primate conquest" or something. The connotation being something along the lines of "this is going to be easy" or something like that. Just be yourself. The right guy will come along, don't worry.
When you have a minute, watch the music video by Pink - Stupid Girls. Look into the video - read into the video - what Pink is trying to get across is it isn't "cute" or "sexy" or anything to act stupid. It's just that - stupid.
