The bulb that illuminates the LCD read out screen has most likely burnt out. look for an access cover near the screen. If you don't see one and you are inexperienced with electrical equipment repair, I would strongly suggest you call and get a service estimate. If it is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer for a repair location in your area.
