So my bf and I have been dating for 5 months we have our conflicts but for the most part we get along. Recently I forgot to take my b.c.for a week and he confronted me saying I was being manipulative and trying to get pregnant (which is entirely false). Now we don't make love and scarcely even kiss. Is he over it? What can I do to get my baby back?

Maybe he had a bad experience in the past with another girlfriend, my boyf was the same with me he worried about me getting pregnant as his ex miscarried at 5 months and he couldn't bear the thought of having a child or going though that again anytime soon, ask him if he has worries for any reason. Ignore all those people saying how can you forget it for a week i've had some forgetful moments with b.c myself, although I always use condoms too... Just give him some time, talk to him. Maybe suggest using condoms so he feels he has some control too. Don't think this is the end, its just a bump in the road. Good luck, hope it works out.

I have an idea. The next time you are with him ask him if he still thinks that you are manipulating. If he says yes then tell him that you don't think that you are because you are thinking about getting some long term b.c. since you were not planning on having a baby now and being tied to any guy because there could be other options out there. That will get his attention and since I know he loves you he will change his mind quick.

When you did not take your bc he felt that you were trying to trap him,which has now resulted in him loosing trust in you. I am afraid that it is very hard but you have to talk to him and find out what you can do to prove that he can trust you. Some guys are not ready to be tied down and making them a father is the one way to tie them down. Maybe you should have discussed you not taking your bc before you just stopped taking it

The relationship is over honey. Trust me if he cared he wouldnt act like that towards you. It was very rude for him to say that you were trying to get pregnant. Girl get some dignity and leave him before he drops the bomb on you!

He seems to be avoiding you because he is still pissed off that you did not take your pills. He obviously does not want to get you pregnant and this is why I think that he is avoiding you....

Oh please, how do you 'forget' bc for a week!!! He doesn't trust you and he shouldn't. Of course he could always do something about birth control. I think you blew it. He no longer sees you as the same person.
