Cut up a bunch of fresh bananas and freeze them. After frozen pop them in a blender (ps you can add other frozen fruit too) with apple juice (fill almost up to top of fruit level) then blend... it's pretty simple but really tasty. You can also add a little vanilla flavoring (ie: coffee flavoring not baking vanilla) when blending... gives it a really good sweetness.

Get a blender. Then pour in milk and vanilla ice cream into it. Then get a banana and cut it into pieces and drop them into the blender and blend and that's your banana smoothie.

this recipe is one of my favorite recipes-
you need:
-a blender
-3-4banana's
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1 cup of milk
-2 cups of ice
FIRST-peel the banana's and cut them into 1/4 size pieces.
THEN-pour the milk and banana's and sugar into the blender.
NEXT-blend on low and slowley add the ice.
LAST-i serve them in a plastic glass with sugar around the rim and a straw.
(if not sweet enough add sugar until the right taste.)
