Because of the lactose (sugar) in it. It usually only causes diarrhea in people who are lactoseintolerant. People who have this intolerance are unable to digest or absorb the lactose due to the lack of the enzyme Lactase, which breaks down the milk sugar.

Because some people lack the enzyme to digest lactose in milk. They could alternatively have lactose-free milk or soy milk. Or they can take lactose enzyme pills.

it may cause diarrhea for you and not someone else, milk does a body good, maybe its some bad stuff your body needs to get rid of

Milk does not cause it. If it is off or contaminated it may do. If you get it after drinking milk it is something to do with you.

An awful lot of what you eat and, probably, drink has milk or it's products in it.

It doesn't, diarrhea is a virus. Dairy products aggrivate diarrhea.
