Notify your police deptment immediately. they should send a black and white car or a detective to stake the guy out. or carry a digital camera with you. by no means approach the guy or let him approach you. if you are in a position where you can get an very protective dog or rent one, as there are lot's of services for this, do it. if you are in a state that allows you to carry a handgun immediate apply for a carry permit. buy bean bag bullets for the gun. yes they actually make them. find a bounty hunter or a fugitive recovery agent in the phone book .tell them the situation. chances are that if this guy is really stalking you he has a history of doing this and may have paper out on him, a warrant.

if he sexually harrassed u tell the police and just give them a description of the guy they might be able to find him. If it was on myspace or somthin then go to the contact myspace thing and they will find him if you send the guys screen name and stuff.

If it's just one time good luck with that. The first thing is to notify the local authorities. Write down his description and have it ready. If it's at school or even at the mall, notify security. Keep an eye out too.

Describe him to the police. They can get someone to draw a sketch of him or you may be able to pick him out of their photos.
