do you really like to hear the truth no matter what... i'm a guy who tells it like i see it and always tell the truth... is that bad?

I like to hear the truth but i also like if it's something that you know will offend me, tell me the truth and then say something nice or give me a kiss so i know.. its okay haha.
IE. my boyfriend is VERY honest and basically told me that physically besides that i'm thin i'm not his type at all. but then he said that's whats great about me, that im not his typical and yet im beautiful to him.
Honest but with something nice so i don't feel discouraged :)

The truth can be a hard thing to hear, but unlike some I like to hear the truth. My boyfriend is always brutally honest with me and I love it. If I ask does this make me look fat, and if it does he'll say yes. With my friends, I am always honest. I would rather hear the truth then hear fake answers. I respect you more for being honest not only with youself but with others.

I like to hear the truth - but I don't like un-asked for opinoins..and sometimes a guy's opinion is not necessarily the "truth"...just his wise-a** opinion...of which everyone has one of dem dere thangs...and frankly (for me) the only opinion that matters is my own.
SO the real question is - is giving your opinion to a girl a bad thing? NOT if she ASKED you for it - However, YES it's bad if she didn't. But go ahead and give it though - asked for or not asked for...just be ready to duck my friend. ; -)

Yep.. I like it that way. No games and no suprises. Just tell it like it is. Truth no matter what is the approach I like.
