You aren't pregnant are you? Sometimes a woman who is detests or will get sick around certain foods. Moving on, allergies to dairy products is fairly common and there are ways to circumvent that. The good news is the stuff you listed is bad for you, especially if you are an athlete. I would experiment with foods, talk to your doctor, go see a DO or chiropractor and such. Check your insurance plan out...
Best of luck.

It's not surprising that sugary foods make you sick. I also often don't really crave anything, even if I'm hungry. Just make sure you get balanced nutrition and you will be fine. Also, don't let it keep you from trying new foods. You might discover something new you are crazy about.
It's possible you have food allergies your body naturally avoids or that there is some medical condition affecting what you eat, but most likely it's nothing more than preference or allergy.

As long as you don't have an eating disorder. If you are getting enough calories a day on that, It is pretty much fine. My mom lived on junk food, bacon and coke for the last 50 years and she doesn't have any health problems.

um, you should go to a naturopath and maybe an allergist and have some tests done.
not liking food is one thing, but if something makes you physically sick it could be a health problem like and allergy.
good luck and feel better soon.

That actually sounds really serious, and I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I think you should see your doctor or a nutritionist really soon.
Have you considered that it might be psychological? Anyway, see your doctor.
