Standardised Red Yeast Rice worked very well, before they took off the market for working too well.

Of course, the best way is to go to a doctor and get some DRUGS!!!!!! (I take Benicar and Coreg. They are awesome! My blood pressure was out of control - like around 130 over 90. Now it is actually a little low - around 110/72!)
Without medications though, reduce stress as much as possible. Don't eat foods that are rich with salt or sugar. Reduce your caffeine intake too. (Caffeine causes your heart to race.)

I am assumming you mean hypertension or high blood pressure. Well, maintaining one's weight, balanced diet, no smoking, exercise and reduction of intake of salt will all help to control high blood pressure. Usually there is a predisposition to having or not having it, so it's likely that medication will be prescribed. Make sure the medication is taken as prescribed. Untreated hypertension is a KILLER- called the silent killer because people don't usually have too many symptoms. It is nonetheless, if left untreated, deadly.

Hypertension is the medical term for High blood pressure. I don't know if there is a cure but i know of somethings you could do to lower it...
Excersize; lose weight
Eat healthy foods
Salt intake can increase it
Consult with your doctor and see if he/she can prescribe you any medication for it.
I have HBP and it is really uncomfortable. It sucks really bad. My doc wont put me on any meds because she says that I'm still too young and it can be fixed with diet and excersize.

Hypertension is basically high blood pressure. There is not so much a cure as a management of the disease.

There is no cure. But it can be easily managed with proper treatment.
The goal of treatment is to reduce blood pressure to a level where there is decreased risk of complications. Treatment may occur at home with close supervision by the health care provider, or may occur in the hospital.
Medications may include diuretics, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), or alpha blockers. Medications such as hydralazine, minoxidil, diazoxide, or nitroprusside may be required if the blood pressure is very high.
Have your blood pressure checked at regular intervals (as often as recommended by your doctor.)
Lifestyle changes may reduce high blood pressure, including weight loss, exercise, and dietary adjustments
