Maxima's require high octane.

Car does not have high rev in reverse.

I do not just throw car into drive and go.

Already have changed oil, oil filter, and put in fuel line cleaner.

Well, like the rest of us, it might not want to get up that early...
Seriously, why are you using high grade gasoline? Most of the little Japanese 6 cylinder cars run best on the lower octane gas.

It sound like you need a can of injector cleaner added to a tank of good gas,use reular gas but get it at a texaco, amaco, shell one that pumps a lot of gas, this way yuou know the gas is being moved out of theire holding tanks real fast and npt likely to have moisture build up// also add a can of water remover to your tank of gas when you add the injector cleaner it could be water in gas get a locking gas cap to keep anyone from messing with the gas/// and oh !! dont worry about 100,000 miles now days a 100,000 miles is nothing especially if you keep the oil and filters changed regulary, about every5,000 miles and keep tires rotated// As i said in my previous answer i hate to see people have car troubles and will help any way i can== i know its expensive but its the only way to help avoid this stuff and make sure you have a high amperge battery with clean battery connections this helps starting and everything electrical/ add good tires and get your tires at a place where they will rotate them every 3-5,000 miles if you buy them there and you can get your oil changed at the same place so he dont feel left out just for a rotation and this will show him you appreciate his service// It took me years to learn this but i finally realized these shops cant operate without customers that give a fair shake and you'll have a good mechanic you can depend on, they are kinda like Doctors it cost a lot if you or your car gets sick but most of the time if you are a regular customer and they have been in business a good while you'll make a good friend and a dependable mechanic// Good Luck

I suspect the transmission oil and filter need to be changed.
if the filter gets even slightly clogged the pump has a hard time drawing fluid into it and the stuttering is the result of air going through the pump and transmission. Get it serviced soon or you could do serious damage to transmission.

ingnition coils and spark plugs can cause misfire any p1320 codes for coils or multi cyl misfire p0300. Other wise there might be some transmission problem Does it do the same in reverse?

After you start it, you should let it run for a minute or so until the engine slows down. It sounds like you start it and put it in gear immediately.
