Your not feeling in the right place. Try finding your radial pulse which is located on the thumb side of your wrist. There is a small groove next to your radius (which is the bone on the thumb side of your arm). Put two fingers there, usually your index and middle fingers. However never check your pulse anywhere on your body with your thumb for your thumb has its own pulse.
Also you shouldn't talk that. How old are you? Whatever is making you think like this can't be all that bad. There are people out there who are fighting a harder battle than you may ever know.

you are not feeling in the right places feel straight down from the ear on the side of the neck ,if you don't get a pulse, you are deader than a door nail
