II really wasn't trying to lose weight, but I did try it out for a few months because i could never find time for lunch.
I eat breakfast without fail (eggs, sausage, toast). Had slimfast to substitute lunch, and had a regular dinner.
My weight usually fluctuates, but i was in my best form during that time.

Although I lost five pounds in my first week, I soon learned that if I went off Slim Fast, I would quickly put it right back on. So I tossed the Slim Fast out and changed my eating habits to making better food choices. I lost 20 pounds and I have kept it off as a result.

You really need to eat FOOD and more of it, to lose weight - as crazy as that sounds.
The key is to burn off more than you consume and protein is key.
4 or 5 small meals a day will do it.
Cutting back on the intake will actually have the reverse effect and cause your metabolism to slow down even more.
And you're not always going to be on a liquid diet.
You need to start eating properly now so you can continue it later.
And of course, it goes without saying that it is not only about your diet, it is exercise as well.

just exersize youll lose mmore without aall the hassle, and that stuff is not good for u,in my point of view. so make goals and follow them, or make a monthly plan and follow that, youll lose weight.

they have a web site that gives you meal planning and stuff slim-fast.com i use it and ive lost 6lbs in 2 weeks..

I LOST 15 PONDS WITH IT I DRUNK WATER AND REPLACED IT WITH DINNER AND ATE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND DRUNK ONLY WATER
