well maybe you should be together and you just dont know it..... if it hurts then u like her and you know it. and you arent fine with it ..... maybe you should tell her how you feel and she might feel the same way about you. she is probably just chasing after other guys cuz she knows you two should be together and she is scared. or she doesnt know u like her and doesnt want to be rejected. well best of wishes.
