You place too much of what happens on earth in Heaven. Remember the words of scripture, "Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, it has not so much as dawned on man what God has planned for him." Therefore, what small expressions we have on earth about Heaven pale in comparision to the reality of Heaven. Still, what small concepts we have are helpful in trying to understand something so grand and fulfilling.
The truth is we will worship and contemplate God for eternity because God is not an exhaustive Being. There is always more to God than what we can know and express as human beings. We will pray, but do not think prayer is just lip synching what you have been taught. Prayer is a heart to heart conversation between persons. So, your heart will have an eternity of things to say because God is eternal and never dull. You will discover new things about Him for eternity.
In eternal death you neither have excitement nor dullness. And if you wish to spend an eternity dying, I can speculate that in such a death you would greatly desire even a dull life, which would be better than eternal death.
May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.
God's and your beast of burden

Yes you do, just as you may go the church here and now. The reason for going to church are the same. i.e. to strengthen our moral discipline, compassion and purity of mind. Heaven is not the end of all existence as you think. It is just a place where people live a long long time and enjoy more bliss and pleasures than on earth. God will be there teaching and guiding you according to your mental and spiritual capacity, as he is here and now.
Take care.

Obviously this is quite revealing about the churches you've attended...
Suffice it to say, in heaven the excitement will be more akin to a favored team winning a pennant type of atmosphere.
The Bible indicates that we will have more responsibilities after this life, so I'd guess that with those responsibilities also comes benefits.

Once we make it to Heaven,we will no longer have a reason to pray or go to church. We do so now to keep our faith strong, but once we get to Heaven, our reward for our faithfulness will be eternal joy and peace.

Prayer is a way of communicating with God. Church is for the believers to encourage each other. So no. Just is just for here on the earth.

Yeah unless you want the alternative and NOT be with God, there's also a nice warm cozy place in Hell. Who knows, maybe I'll end up in purgatory!

God is the one that expects much from us the same way we expect much from our own kids.
Following God is not as boreing as it sounds!
If we get to heaven we will be as Saints, I don't think Saints would WANT to sin.
Peace!

In heaven we will be with God in his amazing glory. His praise will be on our lips, and we will sing praises to our wonderful, merciful, justice, and holy God.
