I know this is a WEIRD question but at my work place there is a girl who pulls up in our parking lot several times a day, opens the drivers side door and appears to lick her hand and touch the ground. She repeats this several times. We can't figure it out for the life of us.. is this a religious ritual or something else? I wasn't sure if it was a type of voodoo or something weird? HELP?! Any ideas? We don't know who she is either.

I would suspect an obsession/compulsion before religious ritual.
But I still have no idea! I don't think it's voodoo though. Not that I know all that much about it, but in the little I've read, there was no hand licking/ground touching!
If I were you, I'd observe her throughout the day, and see what other odd things she does. Chances are there are a lot of things that'll make you go hmmmm....

She could be mentally ill; I don't know any rituals like that.
