Open communication is key. This builds trust.
So, start up a conversation and talk talk talk to your heart's delight. Don't wait for him to make the first move either. He really wants to know what is on your mind just as much as you do about him.
Then you have to be a genuine friend. Not just a friend , but a genuine one... this means that you don't use him , you only want him to be happy and have the very best no matter what and anything material in life that you need, you get for yourself without asking him. That will show him that you truly care and are not afraid to admit either.

my sister~ the Bible says that "he who finds a wife finds a good thing". You may not be "marriage minded" right now but this scripture holds true anyway. The man whom God has for you will find YOU, sweetie. You wont have to make him see you. If you are friends, build on that instead of potentially seeking something physical and turning it into a sinful relationship. Wait on the Lord...He will reveal that man in due time.

Start dropping little hints like walking by him every chance you get, if you go to work with him or have a class with him smile every time you see him, even try slighty bumping into him. Or if you see him reading a book you like or drinking something you like go up to him and start a little conversation eventually you'll find the way to tell that certain someone that you like him
