"This disk cannot be partitioned because verification failed. Use Disk Utility to reppair disk" What do i do?!?! It's driving me crazy

Makes me wonder why someone with a nice MacOSX would like to use buggy windows, but well...

It might be for several reasons, maybe the disk is too slow for WinXP, maybe some clusters are damaged. Have you tried making a new partition in MacOSX and leaving it unformatted, then try to install windows?

Follow the directions.... Run Disk Utilitiy. Do the Repair Disk. It will repair permissions for the disk. If that doesn't work within the OS, boot from the install disk and rund Disk Utility from there. That will help repair permissions on the boot disk.
