I am currently unemployeed and would feel better if I could drop 15 pounds aswell. I feel so depressed that i don't really want to do anything although I have too.

2. Make a list of the things that make you happy
3. Make a list of what you want to attain, physical and emotional

Read these daily add or edit as needed
and you will find yourself looking and planning on how to attain these and sustain all the positives in your life..the other things like weight and careers will fall into place.

Live a life that is authentic to you and you alone will make yourself happy!
A mate is just a bonus not a requirement.

Well, I know what you are going through...I went through the same thing. I was so depressed and did not even want to leave my bed. Here is my suggestion, if you want to loose weight as well.....then push yourself to workout. Go walking and jogging to get your mind off of things. Try to find a hobby that interests you that you could do for practically nothing, such as painting...even if your not good at it...you will be suprised on how much better you really feel. Also, call up your friends and have a night out or even a night at the house just hanging out talking, watching movies whatever. The more you can do the more you will find that you do not think about it.

1)Go shopping
2)Go for a Manicure/pedicure
3)Hang out with friends ex: club, bar, movies. for like 3weekends in a row.
x-tra - rent movies and order chinese food ;). give yourself sometime to heal, you'll be back to normal

As per the weight, well, just take long walks and cut on red meat, and break your 3 meals into 6.

If a male:

Go hang out with your friends for a couple of weekends in a row (as mentioned above), get a new haircut and plan a trip.
As per the weight, same as above.

Aww sorry to hear that. Well, a good stress reliever is running, walking, or jogging. Plus it's a really good costless form of exercise. So go for a nice long run/walk/jog/ whatever sparks your interest, and then go out with your best bud and grab a sundae (you won't feel so guilty after the run!) lol. Feel better soon!

3. Take up Hiking, or Walking along the beach ( walking is the best exercise)

First have a good cry. Then get over yourself. There are people with worse problems. If you want to lose weight, diet & exercise. Go find a job. Look everyday, at least 4 business per day til you find one.

Go to the park and swing on the swings.
Blast Alanis Morissette's "Ironic" and other empowering womens' tunes while you get rid of everything that reminds you of him.
Call a friend. Talking it out can really help.
