i need long lasting memory. does any1 knoe the method to do so?

lean meat, fish, legumes, dairy products, grains and green, leafy vegetables, B vitamins appear to help good memory

you have to practice memorization just like any other skill.
its not easy.
try memorizing passages in books, or do some memorization with numbers.
for example you could have a friend write down some random numbers that increase each time like...

etc....while you listen and try to write the numbers on the paper around a second or two AFTER she says them.
practice each time with a different set of numbers.

I had just the diet and it really works but I cannot remember where I put it!
