They think it is possibly genetic, but there's no direct evidence. He needs to go to the doctor to find out. It could be MS, poor circulation, etc. Only the doc can tell.

ms is not genetic....there is evidence however, that the further you live away from the equator, the high the mercury, which may have an effect.
yes, genetics might make one predisposed to diseases such as ms, but there is no link that if one parent or sibling has ms, you will get it too.

It is possible. Could also be bad circulation. I have MS and what I suggest is that he gets to a doctor for testing.

The other possibilities is that he could be anemia, have thyroid problems, or have poor circulation or posture.
He should get his blood tested.
Exercise will help with all of the problems I've stated above.
