Frankly I am sick of hearing about her. They are making her into a national hero for coming to American illegal twice now. She does not have to be separated by her son she can take him with.

legaly she can stay, for the iimigration, she can not...but we dont care of what the immigration says...

Yes she should be deported because she commited a crime. She should also be allowed to take her son with her if she doesn't want to leave him here. They should change the anchor baby laws as well so that children born from illegal immigrants do not get automatic citizenship

she should indeed be deported and the States should adjust the law and remove ability for 'anchor babies' (many countries don't allow citizenship on the sole basis of place of birth. it just makes sense.)

I think they should give her the option to leave voluntarilly with her son, if she refuses then deport her.

Here in Texas they haven't really talked about her much..
I didn't know of her until I started visiting this website..
I'm most disgusted on how she compares herself to Rosa Parks.
