What is the difference of a core insurance plan v. a premiere insurance plan for an employee?

Each company has its own names for things. I'd ask someone in Human Resources (or whatever they are calling personnel dept these days).

But I'd say "core" means basic coverages. "Premiere" means it has extra benefits or higher levels of coverage.
