It's just i really dont trust my boyfriend at all.
and he knows it. and things have started going down hill.
and i wondered if there was any chance of things picking up again?

You gotta have trust honey. Without that you have jack shite. Why dont you trust your bloke? Has he done anything to deserve it or are you just a jealous type? If its the later then you need to look at what makes you so insecure that you dont trust him, if its the former, then you need to sit down and discuss it.
Either way, if you cant trust him, no disrespect or anything, but he is going to get seriously p*ssed off at you and probably sod off anyway. No one likes to be accused of lying all the time - even if you dont come right out and say it, he'll pick up and know what your thinking.

that is a very good quetion. why do you feel that you can not trust your boyfriend. if he has been caught redhanded then i can understand. if not then why is there no trust between you. is it just a feeling that you get or is it because you know for sure he is up to no good. the thing is. is that trust is the most important thing in any relationship and without it you have nothing left. what do you have in common that is what you must ask yourself now. then you can decide what to do from there

Without trust you really have nothing. You cant get to any kind of intimacy if there is no trust. And if your gut is telling you not to trust him then listen to it. Do you have good reason not to trust him ? If so dont try to pick things up anymore.

It depends on how old the relationship has lasted, noone has full trust in the first months/years, full trust takes years to earn from both sides. Could you ever learn to trust him? If not then your relationship is doomed to end I'm afraid.

If you don't trust him then no, there is no chance of picking things up with him. Trust is one of the most important things in any relationship.

Without trust you will always argue. Why don't you trut him are you just insecure or has he done something to betray your trust. If it's because your insecure then you need help to deal with those issues, if it's something he's done to you in the past and you still can't trust him then either find way to put it behind you or both of you need to go your separate ways.

Nope. It's doomed. Sure you might have your ups and downs...but eventually it will go all the way down. I was married to a man for 13 years that I couldn't trust. And eventually it got so bad that I couldn't handle it anymore. When we finally split it was very painful. Spare yourself that now. Call it quits.
BTW.....why don't you trust him?
