He is coming out of a 10 yr relationship also, are we just fooling ourselves?

It is never too soon to tell someone you love them. After all there is no guarantee that tomorrow will come or that both of you will ever see each other beyond this moment. My advice though is to slow down a little bit. Hopefully this relationship is as wonderful as your portraying it to be. However, common sense says to be careful. You are just getting out of a long term relationship so it is normal to want and almost need someone to be around. You have to realize that you need to take time to get your life in order and check out what all it has to offer you instead of jumping right back into another long term relationship. Considering your getting divorced because I would assume was a bad relationship then anything even slightly better is going to seem wonderful, especially on the surface. Just be sure that it is wonderful in comparison to what you might find if you took your time and explored the world around you a bit.

Are you in love with him? You should know that in the beginning of a relationship you feel things you have never felt before. Spending so much time with somebody does make you feel really close to somebody. So if you feel like you are really in love with him, tell him, but if he does not say it back right now you really cant blame him since it has only been a month. Even if he thinks he loves you, he might need a little more time to be sure.

Don't you think you are moving a little quickly? You have kids to worry about, not just yourselves. I think it is way too early to think about loving him. Your divorce isn't even final yet. I think you just miss a man being around. You either sound psycho or hurt, but not in love.

Tell him you really care about him but first, get a handwritten certificate of divorce from your husband signifying that he is putting you away and you are free to marry another.

If you tell him that you love him that will scare him off. Best advise I can give is to stay quiet and wait for him to say he loves you first.

If you are making plans to move in I WOULD HOPE THAT YOU are in love with him anyway.
