The difference between straight and gay is a continuous range from 100% straight to 100% gay. It is not an either/or type of classification. Someone could be 90%/10%, 10%/90%, or 50%/50%. The ratio could also change depending on the circumstances. I am married with two daughters and all the world thinks I'm am straight. I am straight in straight company, but I also have another side of me which I indulge in from time to time, especially on the internet. So, what am I?
To answer your specific question, if a guy strips at a gay strip club I would say that indicates some fraction of his personality is auto-erotic at the very least, and he felt comfortable letting it emerge in the gay setting. I would expect him to behave straight in straight settings and he is truthfully answering the question when he says he is straight. What I think he really means is that he is MOSTLY straight, but cannot acknowledge the potentially gay side of his personality to "outsiders."

I am not gay, but if there were a gay strip club around here i would SOOO work there....do you know how much money a guy could make...if he were hot like me of course...
OK ALL OF YOU who are saying he is gay just cause he is stripping for men...there are guys that are in the porn industry...they have pictures taken of them in the nude...it gets put on ALL of the company's websites: the gay one, and the straight one...does that make him gay? his picture is there for guys to look at even though he is mainly doing it for the women...you people are morons...it is all ENTERTAINMENT!!!

U don't have to be gay to strip in a gay club if u have what it takes to make good money that way then do it. Don't worry about what other people say about it. Look at girl strippers the image is they are automatically a whore or a prostitute but I know lots of strippers that are neither. If u know who u are then do what u have to do.

If he says he is straight I'd take his word for it, just because he strips for guys doesn't mean he's interested in guys, he's getting paid to be there. If he starts stripping for free then maybe you have a reason to question his sexuality.

Yes, he is gay. If he enjoys other men looking at him in a sexual manner then he is obviously not a straight man. He may be like "down low" or "under cover" or just making a fool outta u. Cause that man is gay.

My best friend is guy and I know a lot of owners! and i met this guy who didn't strip at the time who said he was straight he wasn't!!!
but a nice little tip! Most guys have to be gay to dance in a gay bar! or at least bi!

Is Heath Ledger gay? Or Jake Gyllenhal? Strippers are performers, just like these actors. He puts on a show for a living, but it does not define who he is. If he says he is straight, why question him.
