Obviously not too safe (because of perverts etc.) but is it LEGAL?

NO IT IS NOT MY MUM I was just curious because I go to an all girls school so I don't have much contact with boys. I agree with kitcat though I a little bit young to be dating. Boys my age are not mature enough anyway and any older my mum would freak for 1thing, also the idea is a bit gross. I like knowing about different laws it is interesting. :- )

Dating (or Introduction) agencies require a license to operate. Such licenses require that the agency only takes on clients aged 18 or over. Since the license is a legal requirement, then it would certainly be illegal for such an agency to take on a client knowing them to be under the age of 18.

Every one I've been on have said 18 and up. It may not be illegal to use the site but should you meet someone on there it could lead to a whole lot of legal issues when someone gets arrested for trying to meet an underaged minor. The ones I've been on the guys have been interested in adult issues and there haven't been that many guys who are teenagers on these sites (they only act that way). Stick with the teen chatrooms and find a nice guy in your area. You have plenty of time to meet Mr. Right!!

NO you have to be 18+ i believe. why do you want to use a dating agency at your age anyways your still a child. Enjoy your childhood- as it does not last forever and is by far the best time of your life take it from someone who knows

No and if you're 14, you shouldn't have to go through a dating agency. There are plenty of guys out there that aren't perverts.

NO it most certainly is not. If you are using an agency you have to sign a declaration and you will have to declare that you are 18, if not 21.
