From two months onwards you will start to see the first results.
But you will need at least two years and a proper work-out program to start growing. You are a little vague on the 6sets of 15reps, of what? Bench press? You should try to vary some more and train shoulders, back and front. Every group 1 day and with that you train your legs three times a week! A lot of people tend to lay emphasis on the upper body while they forget to train the legs. You will get the matchbox effect. The Tae bo is great as a work-out, good choice. You could decide to do some real boxing once a week, to make your program complete. It is the best work-out ever. When you train the shoulder, back or front, try to train the bi- an triceps a long with that. Not too heavy but a lot of reps, for starters.

The tae bo is cardio, and this is for weight loss. The weights, I'm not sure about. What area of your body are you working with? 6 sets for what muscle group? The 3 days a week is good. A full body workout with weights 3 days a week would also be great.
How is your diet? Your main meals should be during the day when you can burn them off, the dinner should be light. Limit these foods too: cheeses, sodas, sweet treats, fried foods, gravies, anything creamy, fast foods.
If you're consistent you should be feeling better and feeling some toning after several weeks. Give yourself one day off a week.

Usually 4-6 weeks into any new physical training you'll start to see the results of that training. By 8 weeks you should be adjusting your routine to increase your results! Have fun!
