I have it bad after pregnancy and it sticks out of my strappy summer shirts! help please, any good advise?

You need a little "pudge" in there, otherwise you wouldn't be able to lift your arms. It's just such a small bit that many people don't notice it.

However, if you feel like your arms are truly flabby, exercise your upper body. Push-ups, pull-ups (counter-weighted, since most women can't do them otherwise), bicep curls, tricep dips.

Have you considered getting a gym membership? Many gyms offer babysitting services. I know mine does.

spot training does not work. Concentrate on working your whole body.
