I have a hard time expressing myself to a girl when I first meether. Is there something more exciting I can say to a girl when I first approach her other than Hi or how are you?

Try to find some common ground... whether that be slow bar-person while waiting to order a drink, or queues whatever just make a joke about it once you are both smiling about it, go from there. She might even help you out and the conversation flows or the circumstance is about to move you apart. Well here you need to bite the bullet and then I suggest honesty - for example I'd love to chat some more with you - could I buy you a coffee... Good luck though most women prefer honesty and don't worry about being smooth... just be yourself, after all it's you that you want her to like

Get creative. If you're in a supermarket, comment on something that she is looking at or buying. If it's a library, comment on the book. This would really get her talking without the awkwardness for both. Most girls don't like the boring "Hi" or "How are you" so spice it up a bit. A lot of girls also dig shy guys so if you stumble here and there, don't worry, it is quite attractive :-) Good Luck
Oh yeah, don't comment her on her beauty. It makes a lot of women uncomfortable. You can comment as the conversation progresses if you want but do hold out on it.

How about ' I love ur outfit u look great.' or ' Have you just had a new hair cut?' What ever you say you should a least try to notice either what she's wearing or her appearance but be kind not rude otherwise you could end up with a slap.

No, it's a good standard phrase. I'd stick with it. You could, after a couple of seconds, add 'You look very nice' or something complimentary like that. Don't forget to smile.

Walk up and say, " do you know how much a polar weighs? Enough to break the ice, Hi my name is (your name here)"
My cousin did that at a bar once, and the girl got a kick out of it.

Relax, be yourself, be honeslty nice. Don't worry about what to say. If you actually get some silly line to practice odds are is you'll sound like you have some silly line you've practiced.

Compliment something about her. Say you have nice hair (if she does) or that is a pretty shirt. Find something nice about her and compliment her on it. That should be easy because it is obvious that there is something about her that attracts you to her.

be yourself. ask questions that might interest you more in her. or when you ask how are you...if she replies, bad ask why, is there anything you could do to cheer her up. basically listen to her answer and go from there. what did you do today, yesterday, during the weekend, or whatever pops in your head as your conversating. good luck!
