I need some help. i dont have any exercise equipment really except a treadmill and some dumbells. i have ran a lot and i want to figure out exercises other than running with the equipment that i have or some that dont need equipment. any help?

i have tried pilates and workout dvds but they just arent for me

If you don't want to join a gym that will have all the equipment you need and a great social component, I suggest you get a tape/disc or read a book on Pilattes. One of the best exercises and requires minimal equipment.

I found the Pilattes class at the gym as well as the Body Pump a lot more motivating than the treadill, bike, etc. And, yes I have weights at home.

You can use your dumbells for all kinds of reisitance training...from curls to lunges to overhead presses.
