Determine what causes you stress first. Elimate it if possible. If it's a person then stay away from that person but talk it out with that person and let he or she knows that you've been bothered and you don't appreciate it but do it very diplomatically so they feel guilty and not happy they can push your button. If it's everyday stress then excersize, excersize. It's good for you also. I normally weigh lift and run 2 mile course if it's longer then you might lose weight. So good luck and hang out with positive people in your life.

Ok...I think you meant relieve stress, so that's how Im going to answer the question....here's what I do: run, listen to music, go on the computer, TALK to someone who's understanding, and also there's something therapeutic about the water (ocean, beach, lake, etc)

honestly, it really depends on what gave me the stress. If the hectic class I would walk into the walk-in freezer and huff and puff, but If it's relation stress than I turn on a sad music crawl under my big quilted blanket and lay there

just relax. u can listen to some music that calms u down, if u have to cry, do that. but try to get ur mind off of whatever it is. staying relaxed is the key though. try it, u're gonna be alright.
