Have you seen "What the bleep do we know?" and has it helped your spiritual walk?

Do you feel it was metaphysical nonsense in it's application of quantum mechanics to spirituality, or did you find it to be life changing? Most of the religious folk I know love it, but many of the Physicists I know laugh at it. What are your thoughts?

I think that 'What the bleep' is a contrived piece of new age nonsense. When some weird woman comes on, in between people how one can respect, and is supposed to be several hundreds of years old then the credibility of the piece disintegrates. That blonde was really, really weird.

I thought the movie was interesting especially the part about the frozen water - was that for real? but I do think you have to be a bit suspicious because you may remember the woman in the movie called "Rama" is actuallly somewhat of a cult leader and the people who made the movie are in her cult. Actually, if you do some digging on her, she claims to be the present day incarnations of Ram, an ancient Hindu god. She even filed a trademark suit about it somewhere in Europe where someone else claimed to also be channeling Ram, but she won the exclusive right to channel him! I have to say, that's pretty nuts don't you think? All that said, I'd be interested to know as well if some of the physics claims in that movie were real.

I loved that movie. Im an atheist. I especially enjoyed the part on the Japanese gentleman who did experiements with water, labeling each vial with LOVE and I HATE YOU, then taking photos of the microscopic properties of the water....the HATED water appeared yellowed and gross, while the LOVED water appeared like a snowflake - graceful and beautiful. Which proves that the human mind and emotions have a profound effect on our environment/lives.

But it didnt make me beleive in a God. Instead, it made me beleive more in myself.

I watched it even though it felt like a trip through the other side of the looking glass. I found it rediculous but still entertaining.

I have not seen it, but everyone (and I mean everyone) I know is talking about it. It's having an effect on people.

I liked it, and I learned some new stuff, but it was really basic in in other aspects.

I thought it was very cool until I found out it was basically a propaganda video. :(
