I'm still wondering how he let 6 million Jews die in the Holocaust.
Way to protect your chosen people there Jehovah!
For all you retards who want to know what happened on Sept. 10th, it was the day before the destruction of 9/11. The question is why didn't God give us any warning...
Is there some kind of requirement that you have to have a room temperature I.Q. to be a Christian?
If God is really all powerful, it seems to me that passing out a few flu bugs on the eve of 9/10 would have circumvented most of the pointless deaths. Maybe a mass dream to stay away from work... Should be a pretty easy thing for "The All Powerful Creator Of The Universe" to figure out. If you think about it, he could have just used a little godly power to aid airport security and have them arrested beforehand. For that matter, he could have just grown a tree on the runway miraculously, or caused the weather to shut down the airports until the terrorists panicked and fled. He could have given them all heart attacks...
All powerful indeed!
Back to the question... If you read the Bible, chances are good that IF God exists, God gets off on death and destruction. Considering how much time he spends in the Old Testament killing innocent people, I think it gives him a woody to watch people die. He was probably just enjoying the show and buffing his wood on 9/11.
I kind of feel sorry for people who want to spend eternity worshiping the rat bastard.

First of all God exists and is not an ******! I don't know why it is when people fail in their own responsibilites or fail in their endeavors, God is automatically blamed and accused of not being omipotent or caring. I guess we do not like to look at our own limitations. I definitely know we hate the truth that such a tragedy as 9/11 could have been prevented by our own hands, but we have all failed. I know we could have stopped this national disaster because we (and other nations) did stop other terrorist plots since 9/11. We have been shaken out of our complacency by this and now have become alert and aware.
God has given us a heads up all along, but have you, I, or anyone else really paid attention to the signs and currents of our global situation and culture? What more does God have to do to get our attention? We must all admit that in America we have become too complacent. And since we have been too comfortable for too long, do you think we want to hear anything uncomfortable from God? And so, the natural conclusion to answer your argument, using your own terms, drawn from our experience and condition of comfort, it is not God who is the ******, but we who are the ******* for not listening.
It is a harsh truth, but one that should not be forgotten. May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.
God's and your beast of burden

The idea behind God and Jesus is that we have "free will". Therefore, he is not in charge of what HUMANS do to each other. You cannot blame God for a crappy, or a bunch of crappy people...because they chose to be a certain way. Notice that most of these people typically do not believe in Christianity. The word of that Lord is peace, love, patience and "free will" by man. So you cannot put the two together. Once you understand that concept, you no longer look at the world through the following childish idea: "If their is a God, why does he let people starve/die/etc, etc." - God doesn't let people starv or die - other humans do. People need to take responsibility for their actions - and the others need to force those misguided people to do the right thing! But we don't, we sit idle pissing and moaning about what "God" did not do...

True. I could say that there were signs, Modern media and modern opinion, leading to studid presidents to stupid fanatics in the middle east, all leading to Sept.11 and all the following melee of stupidity, but I say that there are so many of this s@@ going around that no one can predict it all. I'm not saying that nothing can be done about it, we should be doing something about it.
Good luck of making sense of this world,
I haven't
OH, and sinse some of us can't see god's messages, just live to make the world a better place.

God does exist and is not nor has he ever been as you called it an "******".
Jesus foretold that 'nation would rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.' (Matthew 24:7) In 1914 the world became involved in a war that saw the mobilizing of nations and kingdoms in a way that was different from any war before it. In recognition of that fact, historians at the time called it the Great War. It was the first war of its kind in history, the first world war. Some 20,000,000 soldiers and civilians lost their lives, far more than in any previous war.
World War I marked the beginning of the last days. Jesus said that this and other events would be "a beginning of pangs of distress." (Matthew 24:8) That proved true, as World War II was even more deadly, some 50,000,000 soldiers and civilians losing their lives. In this 20th century, well over 100,000,000 people have been killed in wars, more than four times as many as in the previous 400 years put together! What an enormous condemnation of human rule!
There are other warnings too. Jesus included other features that would accompany the last days: "There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another pestilences [disease epidemics] and food shortages." (Luke 21:11) That well fits events since 1914, as there has been a huge increase in the distresses from such calamities.
Jesus also foretold the increase in crime that is experienced in all lands. He said: "Because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off."—Matthew 24:12.
Further, Bible prophecy foretold the moral collapse so evident throughout the world today: "In the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power . . . Wicked men and impostors will advance from bad to worse." (2 Timothy 3:1-13) All of that has come true right before our eyes.
But is this it? Will we have to deal with this kind of suffering forever? Not at all, the "last days" will not last forever!! In fact in our lifetime we will see further benefits of Jesus' sacrificing his life That is life forever under peaceful conditions. Much is required of us such as obedience to God's laws.

Why that and only that? Why not a heads up on the black plague, or WW2 or Jon Bennet Ramsey or a myriad of other things? He would be giving the world a 'heads up' every single day!

IF he exists, he could have done it to try to wake hateful people up to what is really going on. We are not supposed to be hating eachother for their beliefs, we are supposed to be trying to pass along some peace! And the hate is sooo real inside you, as it is in those terrorist groups! Find another way to channel it!!
