Do you see it as a problem? Sometimes people distract themselves with various tasks to avoid their feelings (especially if something is causing them anxiety). If it's something that's bothering you, or causing harm in any way, get help. If it's not, enjoy your productivity. :)

Back in the day it was called efficiency.
Who is bothered by your competence?
Usually the person who can't keep up.
The only people that come to my house & say "what do you clean all day you're obsessed" are the ones who have houses that look like cyclones have hit them. It's a way to deflect their lack of - for my capabilities.
Unless you're bothered by it chalk it up as being efficacy.

How quickly? Are the tasks finished? If so, then no problem.
