When I experience these sensations, I no longer resist them. I
just make a good choice on what to eat so that I have a feeling
of satiety (fullness). Research has shown that peanut butter is
a great way to control hunger. A Purdue University study published
in the International Journal of Obesity found that this American favorite can help to
curb your appetite.

Next time you're experiencing these hunger aches and pain try loading up your spoon with a scoop of peanut butter and snack on it. Trust me it may not taste as
great to you as the hot fudge sunday but it will curb your
appetite, and help you avoid overeating...

I find foods high in carbs and fiber fill me up the quickest and keep me that way. Try wild rice, citrus fruits, and green leafy vegetables and bring along a bag of cut celery or naturally-sweetened granola for quick fixes.

Good luck!

Drink sugar free fruit juices. Eating watermelons is also a very good option.

Never starve yourself. Have fun :-)
