Needed Tester and Analyst in our Business Management Systems group who would like to Take responsibility for the production of test plans/test cases for multiple individual projects
Track and report quantitative and qualitative aspects of error reporting Be involved in hands on manual and automated testing of distributed environments Be part of a high energy team focused on full life-cycle development Work closely with full project team, including project management and product management Work at one of the most respected and recognized companies in the world

Requirements:
4+ years experience in Quality Assurance roles on full life-cycle development projects

Ability to understand and test effectively in multiple technical environments, including development, system, UAT (user acceptance test) and production

Ability to communicate effectively with other Testers/Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to gain required knowledge for the design and creation of testing plans, scripts, test automation, and supporting documents

Understanding of Unit, Functional, System, Performance, Technical, and Operational testing and the tools utilized

Experience with proactive design, creation, execution and reporting of both manual and automated test cases.

Experience with design, development, and maintenance of automated, data driven test systems using tools such as FIT or WinRunner

Experience with WinRunner and TSL is a plus

Familiarity with defect tracking and management of tools for the above

Experience in designing and implementing testing and production level environments (client-server, web, hardware, software, networks, databases, messaging system, etc.)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Agile methodology knowledge and experience, such as Scrum and/or Extreme Programming (XP) and Test Driven Development preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A four-year degree, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
