all men CAN be faithful
if they want to be. However most men lie to themselves when they settlle for one woman as temptation is only temptation if you are NOT suppose to have what you are looking at. Good thing for me my soul mate is Bi sexual and sex has nothing to do with our souls..God I love her.

Studies have been done that show that genetics have to do with faithfulness in men. Men who are generally better looking (more symmetric was the term the studies used) seem far more attractive to women, but are far less likely to let themselves remain in the same relationship for long.
Less symmetric men wander less.
In my opinion that's all a load of bs. There is no rule. Or rather, the best rule to follow is that a man who loves you will be faithful. None strays if they are getting what they want. I can promise you that :)

It is true they are very hard to find. Most men just don't have the control it takes to be a faithful spouse. Most men not all but most just doesn't make the choice to be faithful. They are weak. For it takes great strength to remain faithful it takes a real man.

There is no stereotype for faithful men. While I have been faithful to my wife since we starting dating, I know conservatives that are faithful and others that are not. I know liberals the same way, Religious and non-religious. Even mature and immature that have been faithful, and mature and immature that have not.
Personally, Ive never understood why some men brag about being unfaithful. Seems to me its nothing to be proud of.
Look for someone that has core values, and follows up on their commitments.

Although I do agree that most men have a wandering eye, there are still some good ones out there. You just have to look and make wise choices when it comes to dating.
Set a standard (and I don't mean looks, what kind of car he drives, or how much money he makes), and don't accept anything less.

Men with really hot, rich, dirty girlfriends have probably got the best shot at being faithful.
The problem is that once a man reaches his mid-thirties he realises that he does not want to spend the rest of his life having *very* occasional sex with the fat frump his once attractive missus has become since she dropped three sprogs.

I would say the ones that are really, trully, deeply in love with you. And think that if they hurt you it would be like hurting themselves. Pretty much the devoted types. But if you keep going for the ones that seem kinda shady in the first place that is a gamble in the first place.

Basically what everybody said here is true. It all depends on the morals and values of the man. All man can be faithful...if they wanna be...but for some of these men...it's really, really hard. Really hard. :)

Well the type that were raised right, look and see if their parents are divorced or anything like that. Ask them about how many women theyve had and what was thier longest relationship and why was it dropped, usually the a christian upbringing or any kind of strong religous upbringing will help solidify the relationship

a good man. like my husband. if you are worrying that the guy you are seeing is not faithful, then skedaddle. cause like as not, he is giving off some vibe that makes you not trust him.
men are as capable of faithfulness or unfaithfulness as women.
