my friend just recently gained a lot of weight and it went all to her thighs and butt. she asked me for advice on how to lose the weight, but i got nothing. can anyone help me help her?

Lunges and squats are the best way to tone thighs, calves and hamstrings.

Squats (with leg raises), lunges, jogging, cycling, swimming and aerobics. HTH.
