Does anyone know anything about Perpura Pigmentosa on the feet and legs?

This is discoloration of the lower legs due to poor circulation, usually venous return. It is often seen in combination with edema or swelling of the legs. It is quite common, and in itself is harmless, but it is a big ol' red flag to any medical doctor who first examines you about the underlying state of your health.
