Please don't say diet and exercise- that's a given.
I heard to drink Epsom salt and water but that seems unhealthy.

I said don't say diet and exercise because I already know that. I'm looking for things that I don't know.

Hi
This plan really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Besides diet and exercise, what else are you looking for? Come on, do you really want to drink Epsom salt??? Find an exercise buddy and get moving. By the way, don't stop off for ice cream while you are walking. The only way to lose weight is to focus on the problem and find a solution. Are you changing the way you eat for life or for this week? Are you walking farther that to your car door? Be realistic about it!

Epsom salt is a a mild laxative when you drink it. NOT a healthy way to lose weight. There are no magic pills to take to lose weight. Unfortunately, diet and exercise are the only ways that it is going to happen.

I was trying to loose weight with diet and exercise and was hitting a plateau until i changed up my multi-vitamin. I didn't think that it would really give me a weight loss effect since i didn't think vitmains and minerals would do that, but since i've been taking it, I haven't changed my eating or exercising much and i was able to loose the last little bit that i needed. I also have a fried who was doing the south beach diet and had the same thing, she ended up loosing the last 25 pounds just by switching to this all natural all in one supplement that is geared for overall health. It's also really good becasue since it's getting you proper nutrition with a tremendous amount of beneficial ingrediants, i have found that my hunger is less.

Good Luck!

Do a cleansing fast. It involves enemas and not eating for three days but I dropped 15 lbs in 2 weeks. And I've kept the weight off. It is totally natural and way healthy. I got the information from an NMD (naturopathic medical doctor). The enemas are a little gross at first but that is really the key to getting all the junk out of your body.
Weight Watchers is a good program for long term weight management.

You know what's so crazy?! My mom and I were just talking about the epsom salt thing, because her mom used to give it to her and her siblings when they were children about a week b4 school would start in order to cleanse them. It really works. My mom said that it is the worst tasting thing ever, but it did make them feel good after. Trust my mother. Their all slim and trim till this day. Good luck to you and me both!

Why do you say "don't say diet & exercise" ? Is that too much for you? Sadly, it's the right answer. Quacks are quick to give you instant results, but don't fall for it. The only healthy way to lose weight is to reduce your calorie intake while increasing you metabolic rate, through exercise. It's not easy, but it's the only right way.

diet and exercise are the only natural proven remidies for obesity. if you want to damage your body go ahead and starve yourself, or work out till your muscles tear. but if you just cut out one snack a day you can lose a pound a week. if you cut one can of pop a day you'll lose 15 pounds a year. if you drink epsom salt and water you're gonna get diareah... have fun with that.

keep in mind that if you want to burn fat you have to work out for more than 20 minutes. for the first 20 minutes you're working your cardiovascular system...after 20 minutes (especially if you're sweating) you're burning fat. dont' overdo it at the beginning, and get your doctor's ok to begin an exercise program.

you asked for healthy and natural, but you seem to be looking for EASY. there is no easy way to lose weight, unless you're willing to risk stroke, blood clots, staff infections and all the other risks associated with gastric bipass surgery.

Good luck
