I eat three meals a day and then I have fruits and veggies as snacks. Plus I chug water all day. I am 5'3 and weigh 120 lbs. I dont know what to do. I gag when I have to eat junk food.

Sadly, many people assume that if you are not emaciated or purging (throwing up), you do not suffer from an eating disorder. This is NOT the case. If you are intentionally restricting your caloric intake to maintain your 120lbs, that's not good. More important in determining if you have an eating disorder, or disordered eating, is how you feel about food and body. If YOU think something is wrong, trust your instincts and find someone to speak with.

Eating healthy is NOT a sign of an eating disorder. Neither is gagging on junk food. If you have been eating healthy meals for a long period of time....your body has trained itself. Many people change their eating habits and after a long period of time are simply PHYSICALLY unable to eat certain foods...vegetarians for instance can become unable to eat meat without vomitting or choking. It is a combination of a psychological and a physical response...but it does not mean there is a problem. As long as you are eating a healthy, well balanced diet...and you are generally healthy...I wouldn't worry about it one bit. And congrats to you for eating healthy in a world wher Mc Donalds is on every street corner!!!

sweetie, you do not have an eating disorder, you are perfectly fine. you are just one of those people that eat really healthy. if you dont like junk food thats not a problem. you can eat it here and there, but you sound really really healthy and thats always a plus! :] if you do think you may have a problem with the not being able to eat junk food, then try a doctor and see if they know if something is wrong. but honestly, hun, i think you are perfect! you're very healthy. :]

You don't have an eating disorder, just a high metabolism. I'm the same way. I eat at least 3 times a day and I'm always snacking on something, but I 5'7", and can't really pass 123lb.
