My girlfriend works for a guy who looks at her *ss and says things like "my girlfriend has a hot room mate" (which just so happens to be my girlfriend) and says it in front of her. My girlfriend doesn't volunteer info like this unless I ask or pry it out of her, is this wrong?

IT SOUNDS LIKE SEXUAL HARASSMENT TO ME. WOULD HE SAY THAT IN FRONT OF HIS MOTHER? HOW WOULD HE FEEL IF HIS MOTHER WAS IN HER PLACE, AND HER BOSS DID THAT TO HER? HE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND SHE COULD SUE HIM.

I'm sorry. I wasn't so clear about that part, but from the description you gave, it sounds like the guy is flirting but that your girlfriend might not be. She may not tell you these things so as not to worry you, out of respect for you.
I think flirting can be based on attraction or a desire for more. It can be attention without intention or a courtship in hopes of something more serious.
I wish I could say more but I don't know very much about the situation other than the information you gave.

Is it wrong that the guy is saying that? or that your gf isn't saying any thing about it unless pressured? I would say its not wrong for him to say that, I mean freedom of speech and all that. And the fact that your gf probably doesn't even think much about his comments and forgets about them til you bring them up again. Now as for me, what I would consider flirting is probably always being up in the person's face, rubbing against them, touching them with fingers or making really suggestive comments to the other person. Pretty much anything that will get them to respond the way they want them to.

ur gf wont do shyt cuz she works for him n dont wanna get fired, n if he has a gf the fluck he messing with your girl? confront him. let him know who you are. dont be a lil kid and sit bak n whine.
