I don't know. But you can call the county that you were born in and get them to send you a legal copy. They probably charge a small fee. I had to do that when I took a trip outa the country. I got my new one in about a week. You should be able to enter the county and state in a search engine to find the number to call.

No, not always. Check the entry requirements of where you are going. Some require an governement issued birth certificate with raised seal, not a copy.

No you cant. so you aren't a citezin unless you still have your passport or green card.
