I can't tell if someone's playing hard to get, or if they're just a major flirt.

Playing hard to get means that you have a crush on someone and you act as if you do not like him or that you do not approve of his advances but flirting means that you convince someone that you like them but you may not have true feelings for him.

The main difference is that a flirt will flirt everyone, if someone is playing hard to get they will limit their flirtations to just you, so if this person a flirt in general then they are, but if you notice they only really flirt with you then it's playing hard to get,

Playing hard to get is when you say no after a tease, a flirt is when you tease to get the poor bastard all exited. A squit is when you get so exited that some mysterious substance goops on to you shoe.

When you flirt it is not necesarily that you want that person..
Playing hard to get is that the love of your life courts you but you pretend not to like him.. You wlll be at the lossing end...He can find someone better tjan you...
