If your friends say he has another girlfriend then why is it hard for you to understand him not calling?
English is not your first language so hard to understand what you say. You said he was gone 3 4 months? Was it 3 or 4 or 34?
If he will not call you then start going with someone who will.
If a boy really likes you he would be calling at least once a week or more. So move on to the next guy.
You like the other boy go for it.

OK i had a really hard time trying to understand the ?'n but I think I got it. So ur ex. (lets call it that,) left for some months and he hasn't gotten back at chu. NOW what does that tell u, UMMMMM (honey hes not interested in u) that's obvious. What u gots to do is forget about that boy cuz he ain't worth ur time.
